Synergetix® is a leading manufacturer of high performance test sockets for virtually any package. Socket designs utilize Synergetix’ proprietary spring probe technology which provide high cycle life, consistent contact resistances, and bandwidths greater than 10 GHz even at wafer level pitches.
PROBES
Synergetix® is one of the few test socket manufacturers that designs probes and is the originator of the industry standard three-piece probe design. Synergetix also was the first manufacturer to develop a probe and test socket for 4-wire Kelvin test on 0.5mm pitch.
IDI AQUIRES ANTARES IDI has completed the acquisition of Antares Advanced Test Technologies’ package test assets. The transaction closed on April 3, 2009.
KELVIN TEST SOCKET The patent-pending 0.5 mm pitch Off-Set Kelvin Probe allows accurate isolation and measurement of resistance within 1 mΩ, on 0.5 mm DUT board designs.
